Design and Photo Services
Our CAMStation offers one of the fastest productivity tools for the printed circuit industry. Faster response and cleaner films result because all work is handled electronically before laser photoplotting. Manufacturing limitations' check assures that problems are discovered early so there is no delay in your shipments. Your artwork when received via modem, disc or tape will be produced on our laser photoplotter down to 3 mil traces and spaces at 1/2 mil resolution.

CNC Drilling
State-of-the-art Pluitec and Trudrill drilling machines ensure accuracy to within +/- .001.

Image Transfer
All image applications are made using dry film in an environmentaly controlled area. Quality Control performs a 100% inspection of your panels prior to plating.

Plating
Our large plating facilities include copper, tin, nickel, and gold.

Chemistry Control Laboratory
A fully equipped and staffed laboratory controls all plating processes and the waste treatment system.

In-Line Strip and Etch
Our conveyorized system ensures accurate and consistent line width and spacing requirements for your product.

Solder Mask
Liquid photoimageable solder mask is our standard process. Dry film and screened solder masks are also available at your request.

Fabrication
All boards are finished with high-capacity ATI and PDA routers or multi-ton punching and blanking presses.

Final Q.C. Inspection
All boards receive a final quality check including first article inspection, plated thru hole thickness verification, electrical test, and controlled impedance measurement, as required. Finally, all boards are cleaned to meet or exceed any customer's specification.
